Material specifications are the easiest way to ensure a project will get the best HMA, PCC or Aggregate material. Our staff of engineers work with Agencies (both big and small) to improve materials specifications, so each Agency will receive materials with expected durability and strength. New Products Evaluation
The BME lab has been involved in several new products evaluations from Rejuvenators to Longitudinal Joint Sealers. We have all the performance testing equipment to help determine if new products will improve construction materials.
